WINEX Technical Whitepaper

A Peer-to-Peer Sovereign Electronic Cash System Built on Deterministic Proof-of-Work Consensus.

Abstract

WINEX (WNX) is an autonomous, decentralized cryptocurrency protocol engineered to provide non-custodial electronic cash without centralized intermediaries, pre-mined allocations, or corporate administrative keys. The network operates strictly on Proof-of-Work consensus utilizing double SHA-256 computation, enforcing mathematical scarcity with periodic halving epochs.

Proof-of-Work & Difficulty Equilibrium

Network consensus is achieved through Nakamoto Proof-of-Work. Blocks are chained cryptographically via SHA256(SHA256(BlockHeader)) with a target block interval of 900 seconds (15 minutes).

The protocol continuously recalculates target difficulty based on observed block velocity. If aggregate hashrate increases, cryptographic difficulty scales proportionately so that 125,000-block halving epochs remain locked to their mathematical cadence.

Monetary Issuance Equation

Starting with an initial coinbase subsidy of 40.0000 WNX per block, the reward halves every 125,000 blocks:

Subsidy(h) = 40.0000 × (0.5) ^ floor(h / 125000)

SECP256k1 Key Custody & Embedded Node Mesh

Private keys are generated client-side on the SECP256k1 elliptic curve using CSPRNG entropy. Public addresses are derived via SHA-256 and RIPEMD-160 hashing with native WNX prefixing. Every desktop wallet and miner embeds the full node validator on port 8081, forming an autonomous peer-to-peer relay mesh.
